An unhurried, immersive treatment that encourages tension to melt throughout the body. Flowing, integrative techniques help the body release, unwind, and restore comfort, balance, and vitality. Leaves the body feeling deeply relaxed, open, and restored.

Deep Reset Massage (90min)

A slow, attentive full-body treatment offered on a low, spacious table designed to support Thai-inspired work. Gentle stretches and rhythmic, steady pressure flow together to ease tension and encourage the body to soften. This session feels grounding; a quiet hour where your system can settle, unwind, and breathe more freely.

Grounding Thai Bodywork (60min)

A targeted session combining gentle cupping with flowing massage strokes to relieve stiffness in the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Cupping enhances circulation, encourages the muscles to release, and brings a subtle lifting sensation, creating a sense of lightness, openness, and renewed comfort.

Upper Body Cupping (60min)

A flowing, full-body treatment that envelops the body in gentle, nurturing touch. Long strokes and attentive pressure work together to ease tension, encourage circulation, and create a feeling of lightness and release, leaving the whole body soft, calm, and refreshed.

Note: For those who want a full-body experience while also addressing specific areas of tension, at least 75-minute session is recommended.

Whole Body Relaxation (60min)

A full-length, holistic Thai yoga bodywork offered on a comfortable floor mat, allowing the body to be moved, stretched, and supported with freedom and flow. Slow, meditative pressure, mindful stretches, and whole-body movements create a deeply opening experience that feels grounding, spacious, and revitalizing. For those who prefer, the session can also be adapted for the table without losing its therapeutic depth.

Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork (90min)

A deeply soothing treatment combining flowing massage with the comfort of heated stones.
The warmth helps soften tight areas, melt stress, and bring the nervous system into deep rest. You’ll receive a full body massage with a focus on restoring balance and ease, with the hot stones seamlessly integrated throughout.
Ideal for those who want to drop into a slower rhythm and feel completely nourished, body and mind.

Hot Stones Ritual (60min)

An immersive, full-body session using flowing, attentive techniques. Tight or tired areas are allowed to release naturally. Promotes a sense of openness, restoration, and deep relaxation throughout the body.

Minimum 75-minute session is my recommended option, as it allows enough time to cover all main areas of the body while also working into any lingering tension that needs extra care.

Whole Body Renewal (75min )

A deeply restorative whole-body session with more time to linger where your body needs it. On the supportive Thai-style table, slow stretches, sustained pressure, and fluid movement help release deeper layers of tightness. This treatment feels spacious and unhurried, inviting openness in the joints, ease in the breath, and a soothing sense of being gently renewed.

Stretch & Restore Thai Bodywork (75min)

A deeply nurturing treatment that begins with a full body massage to ease physical tension and calm the nervous system.
In the final part of the session, enjoy a soothing head massage, working through the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to quiet the mind and invite deep rest.
Perfect when you’re feeling mentally drained, emotionally overstimulated, or simply want to slow everything down.

Mind & Body Restoration (90min)

Combines gentle back work and attentive head massage to soften tight muscles, release shoulder and neck tension, and restore a sense of ease and lightness throughout the upper body.

Back & Head Treatment (60min)

These sessions are designed to support your body through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum life. With a focus on comfort, calm, and connection, each treatment is adapted to your needs on the day — whether you're seeking relief from tension, swelling, fatigue, or simply want to rest deeply.

You’ll be positioned with care and supported with cushions to ensure safety and ease throughout. Gentle, grounding techniques help soothe aches in the back, hips, and legs, ease shoulder and neck strain, and calm the nervous system.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage

A nurturing, full-shoulder experience using flowing, mindful movements to ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back. This hands-on approach works deeply yet gently into tight muscles, encouraging openness and mobility while promoting calm and lightness.
